My long-form on healthcare outcomes (and policy) appears in ET Prime today.
What is the aim of healthcare delivery? It is the most critical question that haunts any country’s medical industry. In India, the healthcare sector is faced with challenges such as dual administrative control, re-admission rates, etc. To transform itself as per the global standards, India must look beyond just survival and focus on quality of life.
We need to look beyond survival and bring coherence about the healthcare policy to bring improvements in quality of life domains.
I have also identified several underfunded/underresearched areas that require due diligence. I do hope you find it useful!
