- I am using PDF Expert for highlighting.
- Sumnotes for extraction of the highlights. (Nothing is closer to this excellent solution).
- I have to use Scribd for uploading the document. Please feel free to download it.
After continuous experimentation with a lot of services online, I think this is the best solution. I prefer to use PDF expert because the annotations open well across other readers. I am also working on refining the paper assessment.
